Bright and full of citrus fruits with the perfect persistent bubble, this wine works wonderfully as an aperitif to any meal. The Ghidella family has grown from the small vineyard close to their home to 5 hectares that are in the process of organic conversion. The winery is located in Piemonte in the Nizza DOCG appellation and UNESCO World Heritage area.
